The Compassionate Friends Worldwide Candle Lighting Ceremony
Held annually the second Sunday in December, The Compassionate Friends Worldwide Candle Lighting unites family and friends around the globe as they light candles for one hour to honour and remember children who have died at any age from any cause. As candles are lit at 7 p.m. local time, hundreds of thousands of persons commemorate and honor children in a way that transcends all ethnic, cultural, religious, and political boundaries.

The Dash
In July 2006. a short 3 minute movie was launched on the interner called 'The Dash'. Since then, over 40 million people from around the world have watched it; and over 20,000 a day continue to watch it as a result of people passing it along. It has inspired many people to reflect on their lives and ask that all important question, 'Are my priorities where they should be'?
